3. Latin American E. E. Course – Action Plans, GM & Friendship Party -

By Mr. Takashi Yamashita, Head of IISEE Administration Division

Friday, July 10th was such a day with lots of events for both of us, participants of Latin American Earthquake Engineering Course (Latin American Course) and staff of IISEE. In the morning, the colloquium started at IISEE and all the participants of Latin American Course presented their action plan. It continued until 15 pm.
During the lunch break, we had a Friendship Party, which was organized by IISEE, in the dining hall of BRI. Although some of the participants were nervous about the presentation, it seemed like that the good food and friendly atmosphere helped them to refresh and relax.
